Holganix Pb1 Contest Rules

Have you tried the new Holganix PB1? Share your results on social media to enter for a chance to win an AcuRite weather environment system with PRO+ 5-in-1 sensor and display!

How to Enter:

• Enter your Photos and/or Videos. Using Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, post a photo and/or video of your Holganix PB1 results with the details of your application and the hashtag: #HolganixPB1. Earn double entries when you show a test plot comparison!
• Entry Rules. Each unique and qualifying social media post will receive one entry in the drawing. Qualifying social media posts that contain comparison results from a test plot in addition to the results of one or more PB1 applications will receive two entries for each unique post. Qualifying social media posts must show or express results of at least one Holganix PB1 application, contain a photo or video, and use the hashtag: #HolganixPB1. Multiple entries from the same participant will be accepted if the entries are unique. Holganix PB1 is only available in select regions.
• Contest Submission Dates and Times. The contest begins May 24, 2016 at noon (12:00 p.m.) EST and ends August 1, 2016 at midnight (12:00 a.m.) EST. All entries must be submitted on or before the time stated during the submission period.
• Winner Selection. One winner from all eligible contest entries will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced on or about August 3, 2016 on or about one o’clock EST via a tweet, Facebook post and Instagram post. The winner will also receive a message through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, detailing instructions for delivery of the weather station.

Advanced Turf Solutions is the sponsor of the “Holganix PB1 Contest.” The contest is governed by the above stated official rules (“Official Rules”). Each entrant, by participating in the “Holganix PB1 Contest,” agrees to follow these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By agreeing to abide by the Official Rules, the entrant understands that the results of the “Holganix PB1 Contest” are final in all respects, as decided by the Sponsor and its agents. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are in no way sponsoring, endorsing, administering, or associated with this contest. The Sponsor will answer any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion and none will be directed to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

ENRTY MATERIAL RELEASE
By entering this contest, all entrants consent to the use of their photos and social media posts by Advanced Turf Solutions, Inc., EnP Investments, LLC, and Holganix, LLC. Said material will be used solely in illustration, Internet, advertising, publication, social media, or broadcast as indicated by the project’s creative concept.

ELIGIBILITY
This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of their respective countries and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Advanced Turf Solutions, EnP Investments, and Holganix and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Each person who enters the contest is responsible for monitoring his/her Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for winner and prize notification as well as prize delivery. If the Sponsor cannot contact the prizewinner within ten (10) days via their social media account, or if the prize is undeliverable, that prizewinner will forfeit the weather station. The potential prizewinner must comply with the official rules or be disqualified.
