Advanced Turf Solutions has 24 locations that proudly serve customers in 15 states. Lewis Center is one of five locations in Ohio and has been a part of the ATS family since 2010.

The 5,690-square-foot facility houses a wide range of products in various sizes. With so many options, Lewis Center serves everyone from the “weekend warrior” to the green industry professional. 

The Lewis Center location prides itself on being well-equipped to serve “walk-in” customers, with products on display to browse and knowledgeable staff to answer questions.

The two-man team at Lewis Center operates accurately and efficiently in their fast-paced environment, creating a casual yet professional culture.

Alex Denman, Facility Manager
Employee Since 2015

Alex recently celebrated seven years at ATS. He started in counter sales at our Columbus location before moving to Lewis Center as facility manager in early 2017.

Alex graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in turfgrass management. He has spent most of his career at ATS and enjoys interacting with coworkers and customers. “I would say developing relationships with them is not considered work,” Alex said.

Alex has three kids: a four-year-old, two-year-old, and two-month old! In his limited free time, he enjoys golf and downhill skiing. He is an Ohio State football fan and goes to the Indy 500 with his dad every year. 

A fun fact about Alex is that he has traveled to Europe and Asia. When he was in high school, he spent two weeks in his hometown’s Japanese “sister city.” 

Mark McCoy, Assistant Facility Manager
Employee Since 2022

Mark joined the Lewis Center team as the assistant facility manager earlier this year. A former customer of ATS, he has been in the landscape industry most of his life. “Knowing what kind of company this was from being on the other side of it, and the people that were here, I thought this would be a good fit,” he said. 

Mark enjoys the variety in his job, the customer he helps, and the supportive team at Lewis Center. If he doesn’t know the answer to a question, someone on the team does—and vice versa. Mark’s 30 years of industry experience make him a knowledgeable resource to provide second-to-none customer service.

Mark has been married for 35 years. He has two children and seven grandchildren who keep him busy when he’s not at work. He also enjoys fly fishing and rooting for his favorite teams: the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Indians.
