Fall is here, now is a great time for broadleaf weed herbicide applications. With the summer drought stress thinning the turf, weeds have taken hold; take back the turf now by applying a fall broadleaf application. Fall is also an excellent time to tackle the “hard to control weeds” like ground ivy and wild violets by using herbicides containing Triclopyr or Fluroxypyr. Oh, and don’t forget to add Chem-Stik LPH, our nonionic spreader sticker with a buffering agent, to control PH to your herbicides.
