For many turf enthusiasts, the long winter months are a good time to expand your knowledge of turf management. To assist you with this pursuit, Advanced Turf Solutions would like to invite each of you to our Winter Education Series. This two part series will offer sessions pertinent to golf course superintendents or lawn care and landscape operations management.
As promised, details of our lawn care series have become available. We are proud to announce the speakers for the Indiana sessions will be: Jamie Mehringer, J&D Turf; Christ Threadgill, Valent; David Ross, SePro; Brad Hale, Easy-Flo; Curt Geron, EnP Turf, Inc.; and Bob Shelton, PBI Gordon. Respective topics will include : ‘Basics of Sports Field Maintenance’, ‘Weed Control in Ornamental Plantings’, ‘Save Money and Time with New Edgeless PGR’, ‘Controlling Emerald Ash Borer, Simplified’, ‘New Pelletized Compost to Enhance Seedings and Improve Soil Health’, ‘New Nutrient and Biostimulant Product to Enhance T&O Growth and Health’, and ‘New SureZone Herbicide for BLWC in Turf.’

Respective topics will include : ‘Weed Control in Ornamental Plantings’, ‘Emerald Ash Borer Control – Simplified’, ‘New SurZone Herbicide for Turf Weed Control’, ‘Putting Horticulture Back into Tree and Shrub Care’, ‘New Edgeless PGR to Reduce String Trimming’, ‘Using Adjuvants and Wetting Agents in Lawn and Ornamental Care’, and ‘New Nutrient and Biostimulant Product to Enhance T&O Growth and Health’.
Registration for these events will begin at 8:30am and the programs will run from 9:00am to 2:45pm. Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan have approved these events for continuing education credit.
